Terms and Conditions for Paper Gift Cards

The paper gift cards can be delivered worldwide, for a small charge.

Shipping costs for paper gift cards are as follows: UK: from £3.00 (mainland)  - Rest of the world: £5.50.

Please note that all Gift Cards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and are only redeemable at www.rosemaryandco.com or by telephone via our office team.

If you don’t spend the full value of the gift card, the remainder stays as a balance on the gift card for you to use another time.

After entering the gift card codes, your order balance will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the gift card. If there’s any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card in the usual way.

If you find that your gift card is not accepted at checkout, check the card number and try again. This code is case sensitive. If you continue to experience difficulties, email us enquiries@rosemaryandco.com or call us on 01535 632 666 between 9-5pm (GMT) Monday through Friday.

Gift cards are only purchasable with a credit/debit/AMEX card or PayPal, and not with another gift card code.

Terms and Conditions for E-Gift Card

Please check that you have correctly entered the recipient’s email address as we cannot redirect or refund e-gift cards which have been redeemed by the wrong person under your instructions.

Please note that all gift cards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, are valid for one year from the date of issue, and are only redeemable at www.rosemaryandco.com or by phone.

Shop as usual on the website and then proceed to checkout. During checkout you’ll be asked to enter your gift card code. After entering the gift card codes, your order balance will be automatically updated with credit to the value of the gift card. If there’s any balance to pay, you can use a debit or credit card in the usual way.

If you need to purchase E-Gift Cards for different people then you’ll need to purchase each voucher individually so that the correct details are displayed on each gift card.

As soon as your order is processed, your gift card will be emailed to the recipient email address you entered.
