                                                      Kolinsky Sable is the best hair available for the manufacture of artist brushes.

                                                      The Series 56 has a flat square brush head, with shorter length of hair from the ferrule allowing control of shorter strokes, ideal for 'blocking in' example for windows and bricks in landscapes. They are also a good blender for oil painting.

                                                      The Series 56 work well in watercolours, inks and oils.

                                                      You might prefer a longer hair, in which case try our Series 55.

                                                      Excellent little brushes for painting thicker lines on my miniatures.

                                                      These small brushes were great for painting thick lines on my miniatures. They keep a good shape, were easy to control, and carried the right amount of pigment. Definitely recommend.
