Hi Ryan, Thank you for your feedback. The oriental brushes for example the hake you bought , correct we don't make these in-house as this way of manufacturing is completely different to our European way. That said we do q.c them and always try to ensure they are of the highest standard. Really sorry you received a poorly one and I can see my colleagues refunded you. You would probably prefer the series 788 hakes, these seem to take a beating and last a long time even with glaze. Again thanks for the feedback , we have taken on board.
